Default New 944 N/A Widebody design

Hello, new to rennlist and wanted to share this widebody design now that I have actually produced fenders from my molds.
This is not my first time making fiberglass parts, but I still consider myself a novice.
I will post more pictures as my project nears completion.
Enjoy.

The original design incorporated extended rockers which looked sweet . However, they were against the rules for the class in which this car will compete. I reluctantly chopped them. I did keep the length on the lower fenders so others could be feathered in for future projects.

Blended fender. I had to see what it would look like with a wheel under it. Only wish I could get it on the ground.

Nice work ... you're going to need some "big *** " wheels and tires to fill those fenders

Cheers

Looks really good so far! Can't wait to see the outcome.

Where are you located?

The plan is 18x12 on all four.
Already run 12's on the rear w/335 a6. Only 10" in front.
Wanted the flares to be wide enough to stuff 14" on the car on all four. I think I'm there. Don't know if 14" tires will come up to temp however. I'll know more when I can play with 12's and different compounds.

The craftmanship looks amazing. Must be fantastic to create something like that on paper and then have the skills to make it happen

Awesome. Didn't catch that on the first run.
