I ordered the fuel line kit and crossover line today from Rennbay. I will swap those out when I have the front wheel off while doing the brakes. Might as well take out my cracked washer fluid tank while I am in there and try to patch it with plastic weld.

I did take it for a quick ride locally this morning (w/ fire extinguisher on hand) and it runs great and pulled hard when the turbo spooled up!

Here is a pic after its first wash, clay bar and zymol. Looks great! Also drained and refilled the tranny with Redline MT90 and that helped immensely. Brakes and fuel lines will be done by the end of the week!

That's a beautiful 951, edsmax and you're taking awesome care of it. Good car karma coming your way, for sure!

Also, those wheels look fantastic.

Thanks - the wheels get mixed reaction. They are original to the car but were color matched in Malven red by the dealer when new.

Good eye! Yes, that is a glass Saratoga top that my father ordered in the late 80's. I have the original top in the factory bag on a shelf in the basement. The glass top is nice although with a black leather interior and non functioning AC, I may not be saying that in the summer.

thats fantastic. and the painted wheels are growing on me. ive always liked phone dials for being period correct and quirky, so the matched paint just makes me like them more for the same reason. not to mention originality to the car. thanks for introducing yourself and your new-to-you 951!
