Default What are you doing with your 944 for Memorial Day?

Lets get the fun holiday weekend (for the USA) thread going. Whats on your plate for the car this weekend? roadtrip? major work? Show and shine? Let us know the down and dirty.

Myself? I'm taking the S2 up to rocky mountain national park to tent camp out of the car for the weekend. The lady is coming with and we are going to hike the park a bit. Trail ridge road is also on my agenda as it opened up today! Ill be sure to post pictures when i get back of my 944 camping adventure.

What turbo?

Myself, I will hopefully be cranking over v8 swap #2! I installed my new fans, bolted up the rear suspension and axles, and installed my rear coilovers today. Just have to plumb my radiator, bleed brakes and clutch, install intake, and wire my swap. There's always a bunch of other little stuff too...make seat brackets for my Corbeau, clean interior, etc.

I'll probably just wash it and maybe wax it. The car doesn't require a whole lot from me.... I just gas it up and drive!

First real project on my 951, replaced axle! Shattered the bearing cage it turned out (thought axle broke as it just spun inside boot) last fall and wanted to get it back on the road real bad. I have to replace a rear wheel bearing and A/C condenser, but I can drive it in town now!
