I'll ask my dad about the rails as he put the seats in the car when he owned it but the spacing for the rails is the same. I have a bare seat frame from a 944 seat and it is a 928 part number. So worst case is you reuse your rails. The major difference between the seats is the extra padding, otherwise they look the same to me.
