I'd like to say the video is a "testament to the quality manufacturing of our cars", but that just pisses me off. I hate that guy. I don't know who he is, but he sucks.

The guy's name is Jeremy Clarkson, and is host of some British car program.
Ryan Z...the show does all kinds of stuff like that, in addition to reviewing/testing cars. It's for comic relief...you're not seeing it out of context.
