Thanks lart, I posted there. And then we'll see what TruChoice says tomorrow. Well, they don't really have much choice...

No, mine are not like that. If they were, it would mean they are collapsed. All struts when uncompressed should go back to full rebound. If the struts are not fully open, it means they are either collapsed or have lost some oil.

I would check to make sure what happens when you compress them. They should rebound back to full length.

Allen, I believe they are custom made for H&R by Koni.

It's mentioned in their catalog that they use the Koni's for the SS kit, so I assumed they used the same in all the kits but I wasn't 100% sure. Thank you though for the clarification

Thank you.

Rob, I know you run Bilsteins on your 944. Do you think H&R put this coilover kit together to compete with the Escort Cup package?

Do you have any idea if this H&R RSS setup is aimed/valved more for the street or the track?

This kit uses the 2812 and the strut version of that shock called the 2817. We've even fitted the 4 way adjustable 2822 to an F1000 car here locally.

We were guests of Aston Martin racing at the recent WEC event at COTA and their cars are equipped with the 2812.
