So...
Coming out of Radio Shack I notice a grey 944T parked next to my 944S.
Driver is walking away from car and as a way of saying "howdy" I say
"I see we're creating a Porsche Paddock"... ie... nice to see another P car.
This clown turns around and says, pointing to his car "That's a Porsche", and then, pointing to mine, says "That's an Audi!". I was dumb-struck! and replied, "What?" He repeated "that's an Audi!". "Really?!", I replied.
I was flabbergasted (like that word?) at the combination of stupidity and arrogance (although it is "Boca") and drove around to check and sure enough, it was just a "T". Hmmm... I expect more civility from a fellow P car'er! Heck, I even wave at those quaint little retro VW based Porsches when they buzz by me!!
Absolutely mystified at this clodhopper's behaviour... then it dawned on me.
He must be the posterboy for multi-generational sibling incest...the dangers of!
Definately, the kind of guy that has to turn on a light to tell the difference between his tallywacker and his tire guage! The major difference being that the tire guage functions regardless of the car he's driving.
Proof that he's more interested in "T" boost to his unsubstantiated ego than he is to the "T" boost to his cylinders.
What an IDIOT!!!
There... I feel much better...!
Certainly

If it was a 996 or something I'd understand. But another 944 owner. Just amazing.
Well now you know why I call them blowhards.

He sounds like one of them snobby "My Porsche's better than your Porsche" owner. Or maybe too many 911 owners have been demeaning towards him! (YIKES!)
Or maybe he has a problem with the size of his unit!![EEK!](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/eek.gif)
Also: I believe the current Audi S4 would be a close match to his turbo, and it wouldn't bet stuck in the snow!

Just remember, 99.9% of folk out there don't even own a Porsche and when they see one (no matter what "version") they think their cool. A kid thought my plain-jane 944 was a Ferrari the other day! I have two Audis also, and am more than proud of that connection. Be happy with what you have, whether it's an S, T, W, X, Y, Z or just a plain 944.
Someday, I'll buy another one. Mabye a Boxster, hopefully a 911, but at the least it will be red, have a sunroof or no roof. A Porsche is a Porsche to 99% of the yahoos out there. So what if I don't get a Boxster "S" or a 996 C4. They're still fast, handle great, and brake super. I rest my case.

You could have pointed to yourself and said "Porsche Enthusiast" than pointed to him and said "Ignorant MA-roooon!"

That would have went over well, don't you think!
