I have heard of shops building a Strosek style hatch from scratch. I did some testing of the idea but soon realized it was beyond my glassing abilities to do it right.

Hi,
there is a story about the 944S2 in the new "Porsche Fahrer" Magazin.(3/2013)
It shows the complete Strossek material for the 944.
The hatch and all the other stuff is still new available.
For the hatch alone 1480 Euros,
Nobbi

Welcome to RL now GTFO.
RL is a community that has developed over a long period of time. Even though you are in a technical section of the forum, you will get more comments and opinions in most threads than actual working knowledge(Ther is a LOT of knowledge here as well).
IMHO, you need to grow a thicker skin and a sense of humor. If you expect replies to your posts that stay on track and agree with everything you say, you are in the wrong place. If you can accept differences of opinion and a lot of joking around, you should fit in just fine.

Not sure where you are from, but there was one floating around San Fran craigslist. I just looked and did not see it though. If I remember correctly...the guy was asking about 4k for it...
