What wheels are these?

David Floyd is right. They appear to be 17". Looks like an early offset car with regular fenders. I'm gonna guess they're 8" and 9" wide, at 23mm ET and 15mm ET respectively. This is a guess. I don't know. They may be different offsets, 8.5" and 9.5", or 7.5/9, or 7.5/8.5, etc. etc.. No way to tell without asking the owner.
Fikse wheels are modular 3-piece with 'hidden' hardware. (The hardware is only visible on the inside).
Since Fikse has been around for a long time there is a good second-hand market at this point.

Yes he's a rennlister though I think he sold the car, at least was selling a year ago.
Those Fikses are for early offset but iirc Fikse wheels are all custom forged so you can choose any offset you like.
