loose flywheel, destroyed T-tube shaft
So my flywheel must have came loose, destroyed the pilot bearing and took out the shaft in the torque tube. With that being said, I can't get the clutch disk off do to the splines being shredded. Any ideas?

Hey have 3 Torque Tubes. if you need just the shaft or complete TT LMK . I have a good silent one from a 84 if you don't want to deal with swapping the bearings. It does not have the welded on accident tube shift lugs. but do have the bolt on version attached.

cut
An abrasive cut off wheel will cut all steels hardened or not . None of it is hardened except for maybe surface hardening of the the pilot bearing shaft end then its not so hard it cant be sawed with a bimetal blade. Are you sure you need to CUT VS Pull / pound ? Tell us more. Whats frozen the splines or the pilot bearing ? Think about a root cause or why this happened ...

Flywheel wasn't tight enough. Got loose causing the pilot bearing to cut the splines. They are mushroomed and I tried filing them to slide the clutch off but no success. Only pic I have at the moment.

disk
Just cut the disk free I think you can salvege it Or use some heat on the remainng disk and pound it off the spl;ine . If you didn't twist or bend the spline if you get the disk off you can probably clean it up.
Ug, just read your last post you may me out of luck.... well your Saw Zaw will cut the shaft anyway with a bimetal blade sorry to need to point you there... .

It happened 2 or 3 years ago completely my fault, and I blew the motor at the same time. So I finally pulled it into the garage to redo the whole thing with an sbc.
