ha im working on two of these right now. Actually making an orange car a different color. Why the black valance and bumpers?

2 reasons for black parts. One, I was running out of orange paint. Two, I wanted to get use the paint designed for rubber/plastic parts as it is a little more flexible.

if you spray with eurethane paints it is already flexible. Old acrylic enamels are the paints that do not flex well.
