sorry for the bad quality i used my laptops camera

just a few minutes ago i was board in the shop waiting on my PB blaster to do its job. so is a threw one of the lug nuts off the parts car into my sand blaster and cleaned it up alot after that i dremeled it with a brass cup brush then hit it with some Never-Dull

what do you think?

by the way the media i used in the blaster is light so it didn't round it over at all

THX i am running the boxster wheels but the parts car has a set like the ones in your pic that i am thinking about ripping the tires off of and seeing what i can do with them

the lug matchs the wheels spot on and i think i can do the hole set of 20 in less then an hour

That looks really good. Attention to detail is always good. I did mine in black last spring.

Looks good! Mine were starting to get rounded from PO's using incorrect wrenches. I bought the proper alum sleeved socket and bought all new lugnuts. To add insult to injury, I then bought a set of wheels which have a cover that hide my new lugnuts, so no one can see they are "purdy" :P

Easy Off oven cleaner will strip anodizing. Just don't leave it on too long, because it can eat aluminum as well. Also be sure to wear solvent proof gloves and eye protection.
This will leave you with a factory smooth surface to polish.

i might give that a shot just to see what ones look better

If any body wants there lugs sand blasted and dont know anybody that can do it ill do it for free if you pay for the shipping. Just throwing it out there, i bet shipping would be cheap. guessing 8 bucks or so "round trip"

They look good

Can anyone tell me if those factory lug nuts will work with an aftermarket wheel? I have some aftermarket wheels on mine and they have aluminum lug nuts. They're all cross threaded and jacked up so I was thinking about getting some of the factory steel ones. I guess the only thing to worry about would be the length of the nut.
