Dipyourcar.com sells all colors if you want to look there.

Let's move this to the official plastidip thread if we wanna discuss further.

Nice! I've dipped my side mirrors black which also looks good! But is this a permanent solution or just to try it out?

SO, ended up doing a total bottom and front engine build over the past month... Car doesn't leak a drop anymore!

New front seals, oil pan gasket. New swaybar bushings, steering rack bushings, etc etc etc.

Here's a thread of some of that stuff:
https://rennlist.com/forums/924-931-...-pressure.html

Current front end. Added a home depot lip, plastidipped black.

Next steps in build:

-drill/push in front bumper
-buy fiberwerks rear bumper
-upholster those sport seats

I just shaved my bumpers and drilled out the front bumper shocks. I pushed them in quite a bit. Be careful! Oil will spray EVERYWHERE when you drill the hole. Pretty crazy...and kind of fun.

You should remove the front valence for weight savings

Weight reduction, better cooling, the list of reasons goes on and on...

What you didn't know is the marker holes were originally his brake ducts for cooling...

Just thought I'd give an update, a lot has happened recently.

It started with this in march:
https://rennlist.com/rennforums/showthread.php?t=743654

(Skip to end of that thread for the solved mystery)
Car now has new rod bearings, oil pan gasket, all front gaskets, some new rollers, timing belt, polygraph steering rack bushings, polygraph sway bar bushings, and everything under the car is super clean

Also, I've smoothed my bumper out and drilled the shocks, it looks sweeeeeet.

Car ran like a champ but had the battery warning light dimly lit... Also, the radio had been glitching out, like when I turn it up loud it would restart itself like it didn't have enough power. Also, My AC wouldn't blow cold on more than 1 power!!! Hmmmmmmm. Rolled with it until the other day when I was on a movie date and afterwards she wouldn't start

Spent a day rebuilding my alternator, re installed and still had the problem. Turned out one of my starter wires (the one in the B+ circuit) wasn't on tight. Tightened it up and Bam! Car is charging good. AC WORKS ON ALL LEVELS, RADIO GOES LOUD, NO MORE WARNING LIGHT, WOOOOOHOOOOOOOOO!!!

On another good note. Last week got a full exhaust made up. 2.5" all the way with an SLP loudmouth resonator instead of the cat, and a 14" flowthrough magnaflow-knockoff muffler. It's a lot louder than I wanted, but I love it. It's quiet as stock (and a lil deeper) at idle and while cruising at speed, no drone. But when you gun it, it's crazy loud! Even backfires a lil from 1-2 and sometimes 2-3

I'll have an exhaust vid up later but here's a couple pics of the car for now.
