Timing belt

Look for more opinions on that. It depends on how calibrated your arm is. I'd shoot for 10% tighter than what you have.
Look up the 90 degree twist method.

click on 'garage shop manual'
look under 'balance shafts' and click on 'belt tensioning.'

You can see where it's actually leaking or just the general location? Maybe it's somewhere you can access with just the airbox off? Did you remember all gaskets and the seal that goes on the housing for the mini thermostat for turbos?

(Passenger side)middle it seems like its coming from a bolt.another thing the dust cap behind the distributor how do you get that tight, also those distributor screws are a pain in the a$$.other then that the car sounds good,.water pump side

That dam dist. cap took me a good 45 minutes to get back on!!! And all you want to do at that point is finish the job and start the engine.
If there's a leak, and it's not bad, maybe you can just wait to fix it when you need to re-tension. However, coolant is not cheap for our cars so if the leak is big you need to regain your patience and mental strength and go back in there to fix it for good.

I finished my belts a couple months ago and it was leaking badly. i fixed it and it wasn't as hard as i thought. How bad is your leak?

Thanks............The water leak was the hose clap loose and the timing belt was loose making the noise,Now its back together and running great, took it for a test run and all is good.....I was not that hard after all,I will get the offset wrench when I go to tighten them,
