Default aos cap seal?

where can i buy the aos cap seal???? i replaced the upper and lower o-ring seals but i still go through a bit of oil and its evident in my intake system, i must have a slight vacuum leak from it as all my other vacuum connections are nice and tight but i have an intermittent stumbly idle/eccel.

If it is the same as a 968, I bought a few from the local hose and seal guy. It is an odd metric O ring.

Yep, took it apart and replaced the seal. Costed around $4 for it. It's an odd metric o ring size that I got from my local Rubber hose hydrolic place. Hey, do a search in this forum (944S2 vs. 968 Oil/Air Separator). I took pics of it disassembled. Very careful with a flat screwdriver and it helps with the cannister being warm and pliable.

I too had to get these from a local o-ring/seal dealer. I think I bought quite a few, since they had a minimum price per order for will call and there really wasn't anything else they had that I wanted at the time. If you want, I can take a look in the garage and see what I've got.

I just carefully "broke" the cap off mine, and put a bead of black silicon around the inside. This sealed it up air tight.
