Are we allowed to drive non-944 cars in the Friday DE? Can't take my 951 this year but want to bring the 911 or a BMW.

We have always made the "my 944 doesn't run" substitution exceptions on Friday. As long as your a 944 guy, "run what ya brung."

I am planning on attending driving up in my motorhome with my son following in my 90 S2 cab. I have been told as my car does not have a roll bar I will not be able to drive it on the track. I assume this is still the case. I did read some time ago that there may be some cars you can rent to get a bit of track time. I am not interested in setting any speed records just doing some laps at maybe 60 to 70 % speed. will there be cars to rent? And if so how much? and when will you be able to get on track? Also Will there be a place to park my RV. It is 36 ft long Class A pic below

There is plenty of space for the RV (944Fest HeadQuaters ).

There may be a rental option for track time on Friday. I will check on it and have someone get in touch with you. This is a private party, no affiliation, but he has a nicely prepped car.

Brian will get in touch with you some time today or tomorrow about the car. After you sort it out with him for the rental, then register. Just follow the links on www.944fest.com .

The rally cross for our event is somewhat modified from the traditional rally cross scenario. No jumping hills, mud puddles or gravel pits. This is more like an Auto x on the flat infield.
Everyone likes to go out in the infield and "have some fun" at the Fest, this year the only difference is that we have some cones and timers.
