I am planning on attending driving up in my motorhome with my son following in my 90 S2 cab. I have been told as my car does not have a roll bar I will not be able to drive it on the track. I assume this is still the case. I did read some time ago that there may be some cars you can rent to get a bit of track time. I am not interested in setting any speed records just doing some laps at maybe 60 to 70 % speed. will there be cars to rent? And if so how much? and when will you be able to get on track? Also Will there be a place to park my RV. It is 36 ft long Class A pic below

Reno,
I was thinking about taking the 8.1 liter engine and dropping it in the porsche and then taking the 6 speed Allison tranny and converting it to a tiptronic.... a 400HP NA with a 6 speed box. I think the RV may do better in the rally. Lots of ground clearance and dual wheels in the back plus I would not be hurt by top speed limitation of about 85MPH

I've been attending the Feast since it was at Dan's house in Mansfield and this year I need some help. I always come mainly to watch and bum a ride with someone when possible.. But this year ia a little different. I'm bringing a friend that is recovering form prostrate cancer (cancer free now) and would like to set up a ride for him. This would be his first ever car event that he has attended and I would like it to be special. Can you help? If you would like to help set this up, PM me and we can work out the details.
TIA,
Fred

For those who don't know, Travis was a sponsor of the epically-failed "EM50 Fest" in the past.
So he now has a soft spot in his heart for all RV's.....(especially if it is raining like a bitch outside).

I am sure a ride along will not be a problem. I don't think anyone who wanted one has ever been turned away in the history of the 944Fest, so your friend should be fine.
We have a group coming from SC and NC. As it gets closer I am sure there will be a caravan threads popping up, or take the lead and start one?
Every RV has a little EM50 in it. Wade, Are you going to make it out this year? We miss you man!!
