How about no front bumper?
Alright so what are my options? I know I can get a euro bumper and or push my bumper in. But I'd rather just not have the thing because it's just another flat area of paint to get chipped by rocks (which is very irritating). I saw somewhere where someone did a photoshop with what it would look like without a bumper, and it didn't look bad. Options people!

See I think (thanks for the picture "I_am_imprezed") with a little bit of creative work it could be made to look pretty awesome. Clean up the edges and put some screen mesh stuff. You guys get the idea.
I have the pads deleted so maybe I'll push it in and just live with it. Just wanted to see some creative ideas if anyone got any.

Just push it in. Black is the best colour for that bumper "mod" since it tends to hide itself. Hope your project is going well! I feel like I haven't been keeping up with anyone on the forums...

np. the bumper is only off temporarily. I personally don't think it looks as good as padless and pushed in. but it actually looks decent in my opinion...everyone is entitled to their own opinion of course.

Ha, I'm rarely ever on here. If I had more money to keep updating me car I would. You need to get on your late interior update!
And I'll push it in as soon as I figure out how to. I pushing the bumper in on my 944S parts car... but I failed in every way. Lol.
For sure. Anyone have a picture of padless and pushed in? Mine are padless but I know it get's pushed in quite a bit.

You have to remove the bumper, remove the shocks, drill a hole in each shock to release pressure, compress both shocks to even length, tack weld in that position(if you want), reinstall shocks, reinstall bumper.
I also cut the ends of the bumper shocks shorter and then tacked them together to save a couple pounds.

Any photo's with the bumper pushed in? I'm thinking of doing this also but its eemss like it would increase the gap arounf the bumper? how far does in push in?
Any body made up any brackets to avoid messing with the cyclinders?
Also any body cut extra cooling holes in the bumper?

Thanks, looks good I'll need to do it.
I like the white wheels, I have some 17" cup 2's which I was going to refinnish black but I might go for white, white on white may be too much?
