Default porsche gure help!!oil presssure engine light!

Ok is been 3 days of own s2! since I got the car check engine light is been on, dealer check it din't find matter??? can belive it!but have actual paper work!!! I noted this morning at first cranking the car! it took 5 second to get full pressure bars in gauge! ok I drove car to tire shop , drive it back parked and , this afternoon star reading about check engine light and stuff! 9 hours pass then this time I went to put mor attention to the car crank it and in fact 4p 5 second took to oil presure built up, but was just from nothing to full!!!!like that but took 5 seconds!!!! I read in post that someone have same issue and at end was the OPRV MISSING O-RING OR O-RING DESTROY FOR OIL OR SO!!!! Ok so I 99 sure that is my falut problem with OPRV maybe my o-ring is bad or gone? SO wondering part number for oring s2??
washer part number
?
if I tasking this tuesday that OPRV can be take apart clean?? or not will be probably just the oriung replace car driving keep full presure when wrn up presurre goes to 4-3bars all time!

ok now let me explain if that OPRV the problem so the engine light is realated to that? If so why doen"t reset it self after engine built up pressure or ones is trigger get record in ecu and will be there??? or engine check light is related to something else like oil level unit? and I will have to check other stuff!! hey Thanks again for anyhelp!

I believe the ! light is related to oil level. If the seat belt light and the ! light are both on then there is a reset procedure you could try. Go to Clark's Garage and read about the reset.

The "!" can come on for a variety of reasons. It will come on any time another idiot/warning light comes on.

It will also come on (by itself) when there is a trouble code.

I recently had this problem and mine turned out to be a faulty Engine temp sensor....but there are numerous other reasons.

rgs944 __I've been around on Pelican & here for a while now, and usually don't bother replying to this kind of comments since I truly beleive that we are here to help each other since the majority of use has the same goal keeping our P cars alive but__hevquip__is rigth take a look at this guy posting, here & specialy Pelican & then you migth realise why peoples can get very cranky around this person.

you guys need to cool it. your not helping at all. he is a little weird but no need to flame. why dont you just not say anything??

in the past 6 years of working on these cars i noticed the ! light was related to the ebrake switch or a fault in the airbag. have you looked into the ebrake?
