Her admitting fault at the scene should mean something to the insurance company. Its the policeman that called it no-fault at the scene which the insurance companies are listening to unfortunately.

Haha well the 240 is a drift team I hangout with hahaa. But yeah Im not totally sure about the insurance stuff but I'll know tomorrow for sure . And thanks I restored all my self.

i have drifted my 944 plenty of time WITH drift a 944 or aka elliott. i actually live 10 miles from him haha. but drifting is fun. i just feel like everytime i do it im going to break something knowing my luck! ha

heres the update.

The girl who hits me insurance has denied my claim. the girl who hit me said that i did a U turn and hit her, when i was clearing backing into a parking spot and she drove straight past me and hit me. so im stuck paying for all the damage and her damage as well. so im screwed and pissed the F*** off.and since i dont have good insurance my company wont pay for it. i have to. also the insurance lady said that my eye witnesses being friends from school lied in their report, and was just backing me up from what i said. so they believe the stupid little bit** and im left with a busted 944 and not a penny from them.

woohoo what a fun day.

i can afford shipping of anything you guys want to donate to me if you can. and thank fully i have enough paint and clear left over to spray it all myself. again.

I don't get it. You asked her insurance company and your insurance company for money for repairs and they said the police report stated "no fault". Now she says you hit her and your witnesses lied and they are making you pay for both cars ?? What happened to the "no fault" ??
