OKAY,
im pissed. the girl who hit me, her insurance called and said they are not paying for my car because they believe in satan. so im paying all out of pocket here. I need 86 n/a passenger and driver side front fenders in good shape (no dings or dents obviously haha) and color does not matter, a 86 nose panel(header panel) and a headlight cover. i have gotten everything else locally. if you guys are will to donate send me your paypal and shipping amount and i will pay the shipping! please guys help me out!!1

Don't settle just yet - call your insurance and have them fight this problem. You deserve a bit of help. That's why you pay these insurance companies so you don't HAVE to pull money out of your own pocket after you have been paying ANYWAY.

Thats what insurance is for, call your company and tell them that the other insurance Company refused to settle, get estimates from 2 or 3 collision shops to prove how much the damage is worth, then submit to your insurance with the claim. i am an insurance agent. also, you will need a copy of your police report, to show who was at fault. Your insurance company will take them to court and prove she was at fault and give you the money to fix at the shop of choice or pay the value of the vehicle. To show value, they will take estimate of vehicle condition, plus receipts for everything you have done to it up until that point of the actual loss. I believe you have more than enough pics to prove the work that you have done to it up unitl this point right? I hope this helps as this has happened to me.

ouch, damn insurance..... definitely take thamagic1's advice and call up your insurance.

unreal. you have a case. YOU were hit by a person that SHOULD HAVE been cited for excessive speed.

well my dad talked to my insurance company. and since the officer wrote that it was no fault for both of us they dont want to deal with me or her. and he was given them crap about it telling them to look at the pictures of mine and her can and you can clearly see it was her fault. And he talked to her insurance and seeing it was no fault and crap they are fixing her car and not mine because they believe her story and pictures over mine which is retarded. but basically my dad has been on the phone with both companys all weekend and has gotten no where and all that garbage. seeing im 19 and i dont know much about the rules and laws and insurance stuffs i cant help out because im like "uh what? uh okayy, wellll? and they make me feel like a total idiot. so regardless of the matter i can fix my car myself. and if they cut me a check then i get my money back and more if not. i still get my 944 on the road again. but ill keep you guys posted monday when he calls back with our attorney and whatnots.
oh i also forgot that both companies said that they dont care how much time and stuff ive put into my car they dont pitty that at all.

It is sad to see 944 remnants streaked down the side of a Toyota. Was she pulling out of the spot next to you? It is strange that she could catch your bumper only at her wheel and door if you were backing out of her way and she was passing in front of your car. Seems like her front bumper would have red marks on it too.
