I've seen some N/A 944s with front bumpers without the rubber pads. Is there a front bumper conversion(not the turbo one) that looks just like the stock N/A bumper without the pads, or is there a way to just take off the pads and shave the front to give it that look.?

you could remove the pads and fill the holes, which is what I think most people do
You could also get a euro-spec bumper, which has much smaller pads and foglights in the bumper. I happen to think that the euro bumpers look even better than the shaved bumper (it is, after all, how the car was intended to look)

Search for the 'wolf bumper mod'. It's been done a few times but it requires work to fill in the holes left behind after removing the pads. If you want a few ideas, see here...

oooOOOooo really? i've attached some more (old) pictures of my front end mod. All i did was pull the front bumper, drill the bumper shocks, remove the bumper pads and filled the holes with bondo, using some fiberglass weave to reinforce the bondo. If i were to do it again, i'd try to fill the holes with aluminum, but that's for the future, and the bondo has worked relatively well for the last 2 years

I've always been a big fan of the 'removed bumper pad' look!
I filled in the holes using JBweld and a thin layer of bondo over top, and they have looked great for nearly 4 years now.

that TexasPerfomance part, I kind of don't like that "indentation" part in the middle (license plate thing) ... I would rather have it all flat part like you guys that fill the holes do, but of fiberglass

My bumper with a little bondo. Track car so it need not be perfect.

here is the bumper raw just with pads removed and nothing done to full in holes. ( this is my night race spare light bumper)

That TPC bumper looks a little familiar....
I will get a pic up of the latest mod. I temporarily mounted the turnsignals from the NA bumper inside the Fog lights. It's starting to grow on me. I had the fogs removed for airflow on my oil filter adapter, but it cools too well without it so I stuck the Turnsignals back in.
