My wife said I can go ahead and order the Speedhuut gauges for my B-day but I am stuck on which ones to get. Either the White faces with Dark Blue lettering or Black faces with White lettering. I really think the Blue lettering looks cool at night but I am not sure if the White gauge faces would look out of place. Does anyone have PICS especially ones comparing day/night?

i wouldnt go with the white face, its not the same as your standard non glowing faces. the white ones look really cheap because its plastic not paint. I got a set for my BMW and i wanted to like it but couldnt.

I was going to get the indiglo gauges but i was wondering about the silver face gauges you had and if they reflected the original porsche light that lights the needles? I wanted to get the metalic gauges form speedhut with reverse glow. Do the cutouts have a lense in the cut out or is it just a hole? Any advice? Thanks for your help.

It's funny this came up because last night I started my order for their gauges in my S2. I am going with the black with white letters, reverse indiglo in cobalt blue. Porsche in the porsche font over the speedo and 944 S2 over the tach using the Euro font.

I got the reverse one on black without a red revlimite zone.
You can see picture of it on my site.
See sig and click on the my 944 T picture. You can see a picture of them at night.
The install is not too hard, but the gauges are held by double sided tape that come in the kit. It a bit weird to install but it worls out in the end.
But you have to be careful when doing it becausse you have to remove the needells and the way the gauge overlay is made it gets too thick with the tape and may interfear with the needells fonction.
Its a kind of trille and erreur install.
