Arrow Best prices on 968 aero mirrors

Where are people finding the best prices on 968 mirror kits or parts. What are you paying for this upgrade.

I would like to know if nonmotorized ones are made. They would be cheaper. My mirrors don't work that well anyways.

Anyways, as far as the 968 mirrors I also have them on my car and I shopped around for both new and used, and it turned out that Sunset Porsche was cheaper for a new kit than most junk yards wanted for used ones.

I could look through my huge stack of reciepts and find out exactly how much I paid.

That would be great Lead Foot. Also if you have the part number for the kit, and does it include everything I will need. Thanks for your help.

Ok no problem, I will post the price I paid in the morning after I look it up, and yes the 968 door handles are $178.00 from Sunset porsche. Glad to be a member and help others save money while making their P-Cars look better.

Oh Yeah,

I will also look up that part number, and it does include everything you would need for the conversion. I did have to buy some connectors from radio shack though, because you have to cut and rewire the mirrors when you install.

I'm really interested in getting non-power 968 (clubsport?) mirrors for my car if you happen to find a price for those.

Look at this S2 website for all the details. It's under cosmetics.

Ok here is what I paid for the 968 miirior kit....

From Sunset Porsche #1-800-346-0182

Part # 944-731-901-00

Price I paid= $365 with shipping!

I believe most recycle lots will not sell used mirrors for less that $175 a side.

Bone yards $350
Sunset $345

THat about say's it all.

The 968 non-power mirrors can be purchased for about $100 less. So you would be looking at about $245 plus shipping. I am waiting on a reply for the part number from Sunset, as soon as I get it, I will post that Part number.

Hope this helps.
