Default My saga continues... I painted my neighbor's 944 Turbo

Well folks, it's been a little while since I've contributed anything of substance to this forum... my apologies.

So, I thought I'd compile a little update.

In December, I took the car to VIR, and it rained...

But, I was able to run the next day, albeit with a fair amount of racer's tape, and a newly wrinkled passenger's quarterpanel (to match the driver's)...

We used the roller brush technique. This is what we did instead of watching the Super Bowl!

Now, those of you with a discerning eye may have noticed that I toyed with a little orange paint. So why'd I choose red? I had a plan.

Nice work on the paintjob! Needs more stripes though, compared to the album cover above the car looks like its missing a bunch! Add more!

if u use rustoleum semi gloss or full gloss, then sand down with 600,800,1000,2000, finish with rubbing compound, it can SHINE. but that's a lot of work heh.
