I think that's the same 951 that's been listed for quite awhile here locally. If it's the same lo-mi car he was asking $14K+ last month so the reserve must be pretty high. At least it's a rare Guards Red.

The only problem with paying a premium for a car with uber-low mileage is that the only thing that really sets it apart is destroyed simply by driving it. It would take out much of the pleasure of owning it for me.
I'd much rather pay the premium for a higher mileage vehicle with a fastidious owner who clearly knew about the care and maintenance of these cars -- and the car maybe came with some well thought out upgrades (or even a better level of standard equipment, like ABS for example).
Oh well -- diff'rent strokes and all that.

Well, don't get me wrong - I'd drive it. Knowing I'd have to put around $2-4k in it immediately to get a few things updated (notice the crappy hard vacuum lines, etc...). I'd pay a little premium to get a nice car like that but then again, I don't drive my 951 w/ 90k miles more than 3-4k a year anyway...so I wouldn't be doing to much damage to a car like this one...
