Fromerly The 928 Leather Shop, interior specialists for Porsche and other makes, and supplier of bonnet liners for Porsche MG Triumph BMW Alfa Romeo VW Lotus and other automotive specialty products, has a new name.

I haven't done one, but have done numerous other models. If I remember correctly, the 944 headliner is material without stitching that is glued to the interior panels.
Once your material is selected, it should be a matter of unfastening screws, patterning, trimming and gluing.

Headliner is almost a misnomer on a 944 since most of it is actually the sunroof panel.
The only part that's actually attached to the body of the car (as opposed to trim pieces) is the section that forms a 'U' around the front and sides of the sunroof.
