Those turbo dodge guys aren't kidding. (I'm one of 'em!)

The intercooled cars were 175hp/200ftlb STOCK. With only a bleeder on the wastegate line, you can run an extra 30-50 hp (3-5 psi) in a car you can buy for less than $2000. For $1000 in go-fast goodies, you'll be in the 13's or less.

Gary Donovan's Dodge Garage is probably the best place to go for info. The "Turbo Database" has gobs of useful info, which is applicable to most turbo cars, including... gasp... Porsches! Combustion is combustion fellas.

My first car was an 84 Chrystler New Yorker turbo which was when I hardly knew what a turbo was. Darn the luck.

Lol right now I drive an 87 turbo Le Baron while I'm waiting to hopefully drop in a 2.8L or 3.1L in my 944.

It has the turbo I and is pretty damn slow hehe but I'm going to swap in the Turbo II that I have in an 89 voyager.

God I hate driving that car though lol, I dislike automatics
