Default 3-tech support questions for an 87 944 turbo

1. I have a chance to buy a set of 17" rims. The front off set is 52 which will work. THe rears have a 47 offset. Will these work? Everything I have read staes 48-65 for rears

2. Put on the AC the blower surges sort of like on my 928 which I fixed by replacing the resistor. Can the same fix be applied to the 944?

3. ISV. Car idles fine until it really gets heated up then it idles at 20K. I replaced the ISV. Now the car idles fine until I get it really heated up say on the x-way at 90mph for 10 miles get off and the idle surges badley 850-1600 no more 20K. Cools down idles great. DME?

+1, offset means nothing without width.

I have a set of 17x7.5 +52 front and 17x9 +47 rear, and they look and fit super nice on 87+ cars! On my 86 car I use offset adapter spacers.

I bet your TPS is getting an oil injected bath from your turbo...some info here. swap out the TPS oring and/or open up the TPS and clean it out with brake cleaner.

You might just sneak those rears in but I would think that's close to your fenders.
