If you haven't got it yet, I think I have the driver's side door handle for you guys!

cool! we still need the whole handle- the piece that attaches to the linkage and everything. Lock is not important.

Just an update on the track plans. There is talk of only having one chicane on the whole track, right before the kink. They are also thinking about doing something with pit out like coning off a section all the way through turn one so that you can't get a good line through turn one. They will be doing testing on weds and thursday before the race to find out what they want to do. I think plans will change once they realize how fast you can come out of oak tree and into the carousel but that's just my thoughts.

They also accepted 125 teams, Jay Lamm expects 120 to pay and about 110 to start the race. The track is going to be packed for the first 2 hours until people start breaking.

Nice. Looks like we might be picking up an 83 to run here in Portland on Halloween in the first ChumpCar 24 hour race.

Plan is coming together nicely

Hope you guys have a great race!

Cool article in the latest Pano of a 944 LeMons team!

Maybe we can get in there, too.

I'm heading up to my bro in law's shop this weekend to help him with the cage. It is a custom fab and weld in job, so I will take some pics and post here when I get back. Lemons cage requirements aren't very involved, so this will just be a basic 6-point with nascar door bars on the driver side.

I do! I got super busy with my last couple years of school, I also mostly ride my bike these days. Tonight was the first time I had driven the '44 in a couple weeks...I do still have it though.

You back in to 944's Brad?

Looks like we may have a set of trailer lights on the way from fbgh20 on here. Thanks Fergus!
