Tom, I think you'd make a fine red-head...

Some of us don't need to worry about the color of our hair.

Thats Awsome Guys. Looks like you're on track for the Mid O DE this weekend. Have fun and send / post more pics !

One of these day's I'll get some experience with a motor pull and install job. I still need to yank the motor from my parts car, rebuild it,and use in my 44. Maybe I need to bribe the cinci guys with some beer and bbq to come up to columbus for the day !

Crongrats guys, keep up the progress.

Tom, here's what I would do... tow the cars to Dan's, and park them in his driveway. He has so many 944's there now that he forgets which one he's supposed to work on, and your motor will end up swapped for free! That's what I plan on doing for my LS-1. The only thing you have to watch out for is your cars will probably leave with a roller paint job.

The Dragon lives again! Thanks Alan for the hard work, the exhaust sounds kinda cool. Got it running, topped off the oil, dropped in the coolant and "pretty much" have it bled out but its late so i'll give my neighbors a rest. Still need a quart of ATF to top off the power steering and maybe another quart of 20w50 for a spare since it took 7 quarts to fill w/ an empty oil cooler etc. She's still ticking up top but ive seen that plenty from sitting around- a couple good revs and she'll be quiet.

BTW - anyone have a working 86+ oil pressure sender? i kinda crushed this one when i dropped the motor out- it works but its kinda slow and notchy -shows 5 bar though!
