The first engine i bought i rebuilt with my friend who builds race motors every weekend. The wall of the engine cracked somehow and ruined the block. The one i have currently might not actually be seized(i think that the shop that i had replace the starter dosent want to deal with the car anymore and is throwing it back on me) so when i get it im going too check it fix it and sell the motor. I understand that they can be reliable and they CAN be good but im not about too waist more money on this engine. Love the car tho.
??? in an earlier thread you said.... Now you don't know if you have a seized motor because a shop that you sent it to, even though everything you do gets done in house as you said, told you have a bad motor? Why did you send it somewhere to replace a simple starter when you have all those expert resources in house? Am I missing something?

Were you the guy in the 944? I met up with some friends of mine in Bristol on Friday night. They'd said there was a 944 on part of the trip. FWIW, the guys I met up with were in a black 928, a silver Fiero, a 69 Camaro, black SS454 truck, Mercury Marauder, and for a while, a Cosworth Sierra.
