Default not sure which to buy

Ok, well I am in the pickle... I have been looking into 996s and I cannot justify having a car payment on a 5+ year old car equal to something I could buy brand new, so I have decided to go back for a 944 .

On one hand we have John's 91 944s2. She is a bit beat, but the interior is in great shape and the engine is strong. 135k miles asking 5k

On the other there is a 86 951 located at a dealership. Full docs, carfax and PPI. Car is in excellent shape, needs no work. 145k miles, no title *northern thing* asking 5k.

Both cars will cost me roughly 800 dollars to ship to my location, so I need advice!!!

John your input will not count .

Thanks!

if you want to mod something for max hp get the turbo

if you want a solid car to drive around in comfortably and that already has the topline factory suspension get the s2

not a modder. I like to keep things stock . I read up on the performance differences. The 951 has roughly 217hp and the s2 with the 3.0 has 208.

Do the share the same suspension?

If that was originally stated as "needs no work", I would AVOID at all costs!!!!
