That looks like it might be replica like the one seen in the link below, however those are good quality replicas that are NLA.

Does anyone have a pic showing how the lower center piece attaches to the tabs?

Does the OEM lower center piece have studs that goes throught the tabs?
I can't really see how an aftermarket lower center piece without any studs etc. can be attached to the tabs?

Get that car a wash Michelle. Then it would start to look as nice as Dukey's new Avatar.

I'll wash it if I ever get it running!

The OEM center piece does have slots that slide over the tabs. It is then anchored by set screws. The after market wing I had before attached to the side pieces IIRC.

Looks like it to me. If you posted pics of the bottom piece and trim I could tell for sure. They should also have Porsche parts numbers on them.

The 968 wing from my posting is indeed a replica (fiberglass). I have installed two factory 968 wings on friends cars and they fit much better than the fiberglass (obviously). Very easy to put on. The part # is stamped on the side flanks, on the portion that touches the glass. Based on that small picture you posted, it does look like a OEM wing to me also.. the side mounting tabs on my friends OEM wing looked like that.

You can tell an actual hatch apart by looking at the rear edge, it will have the metal brackets for mounting the center trim piece. I made some very simple angled brackets that screwed on using speed nuts on my friends car to replicate these, so we were able to mount an OEM center trim piece (with 3rd brake light) onto a regular 944 hatch. The fitment came out very nice.. i was surprised myself. So basically his car has an OEM hoop spoiler and center trim piece, with aftermarket fiberglass side trim pieces. I am on the lookout for the integral 3rd brake light trim piece because the fitment is so much better than the aftermarket piece i have on the car now. I used 3x speed nuts in the center portion and double sided trim tape on the ends. Its sturdy, but i like the all metal bracket solution i did on my friends car more. Also eventually whenever i get around to doing the adjustable Turbo S wing, the factory trim pieces will look better in terms of fitment because they will be much more visible.
