Default Wanted: 4" S S tubing

i need about 5' strait and 2 - 45 degree bends.

Looking for exhaust?...Wall thickness? 4" is probably bigger than what most exhaust shops stock, but they might be able to order it. I'd suggest checking maybe a shop that does diesels. Or you can always call up SFR or Lindsey and see if they'll sell you piping.

Drop into a big-rig shop...they'll have tons of it. Make sure it doesn't have a "Kenworth" or name brand stamp on it or you'll pay through the nose.

Why doesn't anyone use aluminium pipe for turbo exhausts? For those, like me, who really could care less about overpriced shiny polished things under the car, I would would think aluminium would be a better choice. It's much lighter.

I've been searching for a 4" exhaust for quite awhile but I don't want to pay a premium for polished SS.

I didn't think it was rude, just to the point. Nothing wrong with that.

I understand for the header/crossover/downpipe but anything after that shouldn't be anywhere near 1200' F.
