Looks like a lot of fun Henk. Where did you get the tool to regulate pressure in the shocks. I went to email motor today but could not find their email address. Think I will just email Karl from racers edge.

Were you all competing in the same class?
How is the regulations, power to weight ratio limitations?
The category is "Supercar" limited rules, mainly body related (no space frame), classes are retro na, retro open, NA and open.

You race in your class and for overall. Good fun but quite big speed differences. the New Zealand Super V8's are leading the pack and would run 5 seconds a lap quicker then the 944.

Moton is (reportedly) being taken over by another Dutch manufacturer (AST), no confirmation from Moton yet though. Anyway, I had my race car guys fill them up to 180psi. You need special nipples (moton and / or penske) to avoid pressure loss when de-coupling. Its kinda universal what I understood but dunno for real.

Nice driving in those most recent videos Henk. Looks like you're much more comfortable and confident in the car now. Love how fast it revs through the rpms. Looks fast. What gearbox and flywheel do you have?
Shame about that Yellow flag, I was wanting to watch as you caught up and passed them for the win!!

Yeah the new engine should help, current one has 320 at the wheels (supercharged) and massive torque (371 N), new one should bring 350 at the wheels (fingers crossed), lighter coz no sc, no ic but totally different power band. SC delivers 300N between 4500 and 6500, new engine delivers power between 5500 and 8000, will have to drive it different, but should be fun.

Ha, that's funny Henk. We have quite a few points in common on our cars. We've just installed a 968 tranny with a Kaaz 90/45 lsd!! Although not with the shortened gears. I wondered how you were reving through the gears so quickly. Should be fine for your incoming motor too.

Just good for the new engine, must avoid to large drops in rpm to stay in the power band, but this should just work fine and should still do well over 240kp/h with so many rpm's

Had some nice races, car did well untill I lost #2 bearing last weekend. Keeps us busy. The new NA is not in time for the next race so we'll rebuild. Attached video from local TV, started from last on the grid due to some issues at qualifying.

This is mainly a fun series, with sprint races. The car is build for thailand Supercar, which is a different league, 45 minute races, 911 cup cars, V8 supercars etc, thats where we go with the new NA engine.
