The limiting factor is the turbine side, IMO. The compressor looks like it can push ~36lbs/min worth of air (unless the maps are wrong).

well i talked to the guy who rebuilt the motor...he didnt remember too much about the specifics of the turbo...just that all usable parts came off the blown motor and everything was cleaned and whatnot. he said the crank was mic'd and polished and whatnot and just made sure that the tune was working good. So who knows, maybe it is the sae or std correction factors that never got used...who knows
