$50ish dollar paint job
#46
I did mine over a year ago. So far it has held up pretty well. The car sits outside 24/7/365. The only problem has been a chip on the hood due to some highway debris. I sprayed the thinned rustoleum on with a black and decker electric paint gun lol.

i started mine today, got two coats on, will be continuing the project over the next week to finish it...and to the above comment of opening up the car and seeing it's two toned, i'm planning on pulling most of my interior and engine eventually anyways, might as well replace the seals and repaint it while i'm at it! It's surprising what you can do with something like this just because of the relative lack of prep needed, when you're spraying it takes a TON of masking, whereas this is a rather small job comparatively

guys...seriously, you're acting like the people in my class. that is 17 year old seniors in high school.....no offense meant but getting into a spitting match over the internet is like pissing into the wind, just not worth your time and you're going to end up getting wet no matter what.
Please keep it civil, i understand the urge to express your opinions, but you can do that without coming off arrogant or cruel, the easiest way being simply stating that it is just your opinion, like this is just mine.

Not everyone is made of money, so yes money has a big role in any mods to a car.
Why would you not spend $50 to turn a car like this:
to this:
I'd say it's one of the best mods I've done. No reason in spending money on a paint job that would cost more than the car in my eyes.
