taken with my cell phone,u can kinda see shiny but not really..it only seems to be on one piston..

That just looks clean like it had a head gasket leak and antifreeze was burning in that cylinder recently. I was thinking shiny like a shiny mark and a bit of an impact area divot near the factory indentations for the valves. I do not see any contact made there, although it is possible the hit marks are made only when the valves hit while the engine is actually running. You only possibly had valve/piston contact when you were turning the engine by the starter.

i did clean the pistons with a rag and some brake cleaner,the first time i took it off...i mean all the valves look like they did not change..but what that shiny stuff? because it was not there when i took the head off the first time..

valves checked...They are ok..i feel like theres only two other things..starter and belt set up..i just wasted a gasket damn it..

Its a really good thing the valves are not bent. That just saved you at least $500. Put the bottom end at top dead center, bolt it back together and put the belt and cams and chain on. Try to turn it by hand and see what happens. If you cannot turn it by hand then I think it is the cams that are binding up.

starter checked spins fine...few things it could be now..maybe i put the belt on wrong,maybe the lifters i put in are not good..i am getting down to it..also ordered a new cam chain
