Was the harder part of the turn still there when the plugs were out? The harder part is overcoming the compression so if the plugs are out the resistance at certain points (like compressing the valve springs) should be very small, not something you have to put your back into. Hopefully you dont have a valve contacting a piston.

ill try that...
i think i may have bent the chain and thats why its messed up now...what i did was when taking everything off,i spun the engine by hand and i did not have the chain tensioner on and the chain was on the sprockets..and i saw the longer part of the chain switch over down...that may have messed up the chain..

Are you saying that the chain jumped a tooth on one of the sprockets while you were turning the engine? Did you have the valves checked while you had the head off?

What I mean is that if the chain jumped a tooth on one of the cams, then that cam went out of time with the rest of the engine. When the motor was turned with the cam out of time by one tooth, then there is a good chance there was valve to piston contact as the engine turned. When that happens the valve can bend. There may have been no problems with the valves before this, but now it is questionable. Since you didnt have the head checked with it off you could have a bent valve, or several bent valves.

Before you take out the cams, take a few detailed pictures and post them. Make sure there is a picture of the cams and a couple showing what you mean about the chain.

but if i take a open end wrench on the cam and try to spin it,with the tensioner on,the chain tightens up at the top and it gets loose lower end..so one cam is moving the other one is not, then when it get really tight,it just shots the way i was going, and both of them spin..and the longer part of the chain is at the top again.and thats what it dose the whole time i crack or try to start the engine..it turns over then stops then slowly somehow turn again and just cracks slow..could it be that i stretched the chain out..dose it matter what side the chain is installed on..
now i removed the cams..and the chain..

i dont think u got what i said..it dose spin full 360..but it shots the same way i am going, because the chain gets really tight, and thats when the longer part of the chain transfers to the lower or upper side..i dont know how else to explain this,i dont think u guys understand me..
