Actually I would have prefered the Hershey Lodge...love to stay there except it's so damn expensive.
I stayed there every swap for years....then one year I could not get a room and wound up at the Four Points...this was about 5 years ago..before I knew about any rennlist gatherings.
I think it's an ok place and I like the fact that it's a commercial/chain hotel....I am not much into independent places. I also like the fact that my son likes it (although he'd definately prefer the lodge).
The 10min ride to the Swap never bothered me at all...although it was much easier when I stayed at the lodge.
Not much into the drinking beer in the parking lot thing...but that's the old-guy in me. Now if you said Gin&Tonics...then maybe!

Have to get back to you but if you're starting to worry...book a room at the Sheraton Four Points in Harrisburg...that's where I am staying at this point.

Ethan, The Four Points is a nice hotel, last year with the rennlist discount was under $100 I think.
