i am curious to what would look good on a 944.

I'd make sure that the vehicle is 100% mechanically sound, all the electrical issues are worked out, the interior is in good shape, then go paint last. But if you must know... white/white with black is my vote.

hey that noise is because the power steering fluid level is low. Look in the manual for what fluid to use. Merc or Dexron works. Could be because the belt is loose too, but it's a lot easier to check the level of the PS fluid.

Purple can be pulled off, but that above ain't it. In fact, the e36 M3 technoviolet was the only car that ever did it right.

Although if you're asian you get more of a leeway for having a purple car without looking stupid. I can't explain it; I'm not racist or anything; it's just a fact.

I thought white was boring when I got my car but it's grown on me. Alpine white is great paint.

Ive seen a 944 in dark purple color, not sure the color code or if it was stock, but it looked very nice.

The deeper the purple, the better IMO
