Post random car stall - weather related?

hey everyone.. guess i finally have a problem after many months of virtually no problems.

my car seems to be stalling when in neutral after driving it for a while, say, on the highway and then neutral on the offramp. now i had this problem in the winter time and i was told that it was the o2 sensor. sure enough, i changed the o2 sensor and the problem completely dissapeared. no more dipping idle to 0 when coming off a ramp in neutral and i was happy.

now its not cold anymore but yesterday it was humid i guess, because of the rain the day before, either way im wondering if this new idle drop is because of the weather? once before, during a humid day i had a very strange situation where i felt like i was running on 3cyl, very jumpy unsmooth idle and pretty rough all the way to 3k rpm. people told me it was my spark plug wires, probably the original set, and well, ive yet to change em.

could this also be spark plug wires? are the ones on paragon the best bet? are they easy to install? thank you!

very easy to install...just do 1 at a time so you can't mix up the timing

if they are original...yeah, I would begin with new wires...you need them anyway

how old is the cap and rotor?

if you decide to change the cap, still do 1 wire at a time...just leave the old cap next to the new...also put a mark on the top of the old cap so you can't mix up the wires...sounds silly but it happens even to the most experienced

cap and rotor are fairly new, but never did the wires. do i have to take the cap off to disconnect/connect them? or do they just snap out with some pulling?

just snap out with some pulling...be careful not to knock out any vacuum hoses...if you do, put them back...oh 944S...hmmm

They are all hideously expensive. I was trying to figure that out myself.

The cap and rotor are also very expensive. They must not have produced many cars using these parts.
