kgain, your pic is pretty big. i helped iloveporsches with his image, i would be happy to do the same for you. i can optimize for the web to keep file sizes tiny.

I think a good width NO MORE THEN 100, with a proportionate height. It doesn't need to be huge, and will help those on dial-up not to mention John's bandwidth.

thanks matt!

as long as the images aren't wider than 125 pixels things work well. when we get images larger than that it tends to force the text to the right of the screen. plus, you can actually keep a decent amount of detail at that size. i managed to get my avatar and i loveporsches to about 3 or 4k. very, very tiny. and fast loading.
