Ok, I've been trying this for two days now and I don't know why it won't work. The URL for my avatar is <a href="http://boards.rennlist.com/upload/avatar2.JPG" target="_blank">this.</a> From my profile I click 'Select a different avatar', paste the URL into the box on the bottom, clicked 'Set URL', the pic then shows up in the top right corner, click 'Select this avatar', it shows up on my profile and then I click 'Update Profile.' The avatar never shows up and when I check my profile again it's blank. What am I missing??

Michael - how long did it take for your avatar to kick in???
Does John have to view them first or something??
I have the same problem....shows up in the profile - click "update profile" and when I go back and check, it blank again.
