It was great to see some of you guys again! What a weekend, I am completely drained.

Here are some on-track pics of the DE groups. Not sure if any of you guys are in these pictures.

I was parked in the lower paddock by the Continental Motorsports building. We may have bumped into eachother at some point and never even knew it!

i had a vicariously great time thru Sammy again.

I just get backed up too with too many projects in the summer. Sigh.

You couldnt have asked for better weather. When I was at Mid Ohio for the Indy200 a month ago, it rained buckets. Ive NEVER been to M-O when the weather was good. Either windy, rainy, cold, or so hot you could fry eggs. You really lucked out!

Great time, thanks again Travis. Nice pics ideola, let's see more of those 924's on the track next year! It was good seeing/meeting everyone and I wish I could have stuck around Sun. but now I'm in California for the week paying bills.

Hopefully next year the event doesn't fall on the same weekend as the Monterey Historic Races....!

Great time, as usual.

Always like the meeting of the "new people."
And since I've missed a few 'Fests recently, great to see some folks that I haven't seen in a while, too.

Thanks Travis and Dan P for keeping it alive, Different flavor this year, but it still tastes good.
Although it has become a given, I still think it awesome that Geoff makes the trek this far every year.
And Dan, good to see you again my friend, and thanks for letting me get a whiff of the shark once more....you have an awesome car and it brought back memories.
Spidey, Viperns and Scootin'....great to meet you guys and hang out......
Haven't seen my good friend Capt. Winslow all summer and it was good to see him and his rallying-partner-in-crime Scott.
And the Indy and Columbus and SW Ohio gang......and "that guy" Rock.......now if I can only get his 7-Eleven accent out of my head, I can say I am fully recovered.........and I just know I'm forgetting someone else......

Been too busy to peruse the pics and resize them, but I've got lots.......including some track pics, caravan pics, campsite pics, the "RennGay company car", Viperns' pellet gun wound(s), the cool little novelty gold hod rod pickup truck at the garage sale in town, people who happened to be scratching their ******** right when I clicked their pic, what it looks like when a fast food drive thru is all 944's, and more that I can't remember right now.....so these will have to do......

I think I took more pics of Duke's car than anything......it was difficult to hide my wood when I was around it.....love this thing, and of course the judges did, too...........

Cool 968, with an intercooler big enough to live in....and you don't see those sunroof delete 968's on every street corner.....

And if the action at the 'Fest wasn't enough....Andy and I saw this car run up under this SUV outside the parking lot of Steak and Shake when the caravan was heading out.......helluva nice impact sound!

And then Geoff, Rob and I saw this roadside BBQ on the Columbus loop on the way home.....

I'll see about getting some more on here...........

Man, I'm going to say that was the most fun I've EVER had at a Fest. Thanks Trav for grabbing the baton, I was getting tired. You certainly moved it up to the big time. Even with a few growing pains, Mid Ohio was a spectacular venue and backdrop for the event. Not in my wildest dreams would I have imagined my first 8 car BBQ evolving into 100+ people at a world class track.
It is great to see so many familiar faces, I certainly didn't get to talk to enough people. There were many, many firsts at this event. I've got 100 pics that are post worthy, apologies to those who I blinded with a midnight flash. I also did some more time lapse photography. If any of my pics look odd that is because they were taken at 1AM under a beautiful full moon, about a 10 to 15 second exposure. I'll even try to embed some track vid.

ERROR: If you can see this, then Google Video is down or you don't have Flash installed.
