Anyone else pumped for the Fest? Caravan Cincy
Its two long weeks till the fest but im already laying things out in my garage to load into the truck - yes Scott yours seats too! Just picked up a lil' something for the track/dyno event that may make things nice. Installed my new 3012's tonite as well- just need alittle adjusting and it'll be ready to go. Replaced my OPRV w/ a one piece unit finally since last time at mid ohio i lost oil pressure. Anyways...
who is caravanning from or through Cincy? I'm leaving w/ the wife in the evening thursday night and headed up- 8-9ish....

Man, I'm stoked as hell! I'll be arriving in Cincy on the 14th hopefully around 7. Looking forward to the trip (except for Kansas... that state sucks.) and getting hopped up on redbull so I can make it to at least Columbia, MO on the first day.

They really are heavy too. I put 30 gallons into five gallon jugs and i figured i would save some for my DE at Putnam the end of the month.

Hmmmm....are there still spots for the Putnam event? Might join ya.
Regarding Fest, hell yeah Im pumped - ordered my new wideband 02 sensor, boost sensor, going to install the oil temp sensor and prob the oil cooler. Recheck all bolts, change the oil and she should be good to go. The plug I ordered for my dads tow vehicle arrived today so hopefully -fingers crossed- Ill be towing to fest as planned.

Burning Brakes
Is the '44 Fest group going to be paddocked in the infield? I know there is a 944 DE group running with Nasa, but I'm not sure about the rest of the festivities. The dyno will be over on false grid too.

I dread it. Driving around in circles the whole day not getting anywhere, with a hot and sticky helmet on, with burning brake smell in my nose, tired arms and sore legs.

Hi Guys,
I won't be able to make it this year. Work has a way of getting in the way of fun. Gotta go to San Francisco tomorrow for 9 days of work. Then to L.A. for the rest of the month. At least it's nice and cool there.....in S.F at least.......big whoop !
