just wondering if anyone going has a 944 parts car? I need the smallest, dumbest part ever as I lost it changing bulbs on the headlights...Ive asked countless people but its such a small part, most people forget to even look for it..thanks

 

Hey Sam, I plan to be there. PM or Email me on what you need, I got alot of parts left from my first 88 944 NA. A headlight part may be the same, let me know, I can find out if it will work for you.

dont know what its called...but heres a explanation:

the black plastic surround that when looking from the front goes around the headlght. it is held in by one long screw. I need the plastic piece that it screws into. I believe one side is round, the other square. the square side sticks into a hole and then the screw threads it tight. well it fell, and i backed the car up and it was never to be found again...shucks. well my black surround piece has now been off for over a month and I still havent sourced one. that would be awesome if someone could just pull one and bring it, would be greatly appreciated! thanks all!

 

UPDATES: Hiya folks.. I've been offline for a few days, been very busy moving all my stuff.. I'm in the new home and the internet is on again, but my outbound mails won't go. Anyway, I've got your RSVP's, the kegs may be Great Lakes Dortmunder Gold and Michelob.. But then again, with just a dozen folks drinking Sat eve, a few assorted cases probably could do just as well. I know you all will have a great time. 3.5 weeks!!
