Post test pipe for sale?

Is anyone selling a testpipe for an 86 951? Tom Charlesworth told me that my cat is what is producing a rattle, and to get one.

Where is the best place to buy 944 test pipes?

I've been told that in conjuntion with chip & K&N filter, they produce significant NA power gains.

Nyda, why wouldn't you need to replace the Catalytic converter!?

The ceramic inside does break, and then rattle. Then you have to replace it, when it's broken. It doesn't work much when it's like that.

But isn't it a requirement for smog in all states? Ah, I guess I'm getting moral here, and concerned about the smog...I am in LA area, after all. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" />

We don't have smog checks in the free state of Oklahoma, we don't even need a permit for guns and other fun things.

triscadek,

Where else do you think I got all my guns!? LOL

Seriously though, when you purchase a gun there, it is federally registered to you.

Out here we only need a gun permit if we want to carry a concealed weapon - a concealed weapon's permit.

You do need to have your guns registered, but not a real big deal.

I used to live in Tulsa. Went to High School at Nathan Hale. How's that for a small world?

It really is a small world, when you buy guns here they are not registered period, you do have to do the background check for a handgun but not register them or get a permit. There is a federal law that prevents an electronic database on gun owners, but you know how the feds are.

I grew up in Illinois and you had to have a permit to even buy ammunition.

Too many ozone violations and we may have a tailpipe test.

Looks like there are two or three projected ozone nonattainment areas in OK. EPA is scheduled to make the decision next April. You might want to keep the cat just in case.
