Hi!
I've had great service from Vertex in Miami. Fast shipping, good communication and advice, good prices. Ian of Ian's (is it "Europarts" or European Auto..."?) has been extremely helpful. Ian has new parts as well as used. The folks over in Tampa (Large operation, but the name escapes me at the moment) have given positive service as well. Stefan at SW audio in New Bern N.C. (see Pano) is superbe when it comes to audio needs.
Good Luck
Jim

www.paragon-products.com

I think that you will find everybody here has pretty much the same things to say about them. Great service, great prices and you will always get constructive, honest, and best of all USEFUL advice.

Not only do they sell parts, but the also have a tech section that will help you repair your car.

I am in no way affiliated with Paragon, but I have spent a few $$$ there. (read: a lot more than I would like to admit) I have just been very satisfied by their service.

These guys in St. Petersburg, FL have probably the best prices of any of the others. I have purchased from them and they are quick in their shipping. I would always try them first before anyone else.

Paragon is top notch for service and usually pretty good pricing. Ordered $200-$300 of stuff from them...gonna be getting my 968 m030 sways from them.

Vertex has the best prices on some stuff, but some don't trust the quality of it. Ordered some stuff, they messed up on the order and shipped 1L of ATE brake fluid instead of 2L, they sent the 2nd L to me no questions asked, free shipping. Also bottle of redline water wetter was open, offered to replace but I figured what the heck...

Perf products is expensive and everybody knows it, I ordered oil filters from them and had no probs.

Pelican is expensive and they know it...never ordered from them.

If you're Canadian, at least, careful with thepartsbin.com. Their price was right but then they jacked up the shipping charge. Don't order from them until you know the complete price. I cancelled when they told me what shipping would cost two days later, and it took a lot of calls to get most (but not all) the charges reversed on my Visa.

I don't know what they are like to deal with on US orders, but I had a lot of problems. No one responded to voice messages or e-mails and I really had to keep after them.

I re-placed the order with Paragon, who were very pleasant to deal with and charged less than half of partsbin for shipping.

Paragon. If value, service and honesty matter to you, there is no substitute.

Thumbs up

I agree - Paragon Products all the way. They may not be the least expensive, but Jason is one of the nicest, most patient people you're bound to meet. He has helped me more times than I would like to admit - sale or no sale. And I don't know anyone who lives and breathes Konis like he does.

I've ordered tons of stuff from them, (parts bin)and get it fast. No shipping charge on orders > $50 in the U.S. I also buy alot from Zims, and also like them.
